The IT Technician serves as a member of the Information Technology Team, based at the Wind River Family & Community Health Care Center. The IT Technician updates systems, troubleshoot problems, and provides hands-on support for IT issues within our organization.
Microsoft Server 2008-2016 R2 Administration
Altigen Phone System Administration
Surveillance System Administration
Gmail Business Suite Administration
Microsoft Office 365
Basic Troubleshooting - Hardware & Software in Windows, macOS and Linux
Working knowledge of RPMS and VueCentric EHR software
Web Server Administration
Other duties as assigned

You must have a strong working knowledge of computer systems, internet applications and networks. You must be skilled at troubleshooting, have strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma,-along with any supporting certifications such as BLS and other necessary competencies (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS, etc.).
The work environment involves risks and discomforts of a patient care setting including exposure to communicable diseases, working with office machines, and computers. The demand of computer terminals and keyboards for long periods of time that may cause eye, shoulder, and wrist strain. Work is performed in a smoke-free office setting. There is adequate light, heat, and ventilation in the work area.
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards in performing the position. The incumbent needs to be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, and demonstrate sound work ethics.
