Hours: 40 Hour Work Week
Community members for contact tracing are members of the community trained to help reach out to patients. Comfortable use of technology is the most important trait for this position.
The candidates will be required to fill out the state Redcap forms and update in the Redcap database.
Conduct interviews of positive and negative patients in person or over the phone, so they must be comfortable using PPE and interacting with COVID positive patients.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidates should be able to use google sheets, google docs, Adobe, RPMS/EHR and technology such as email and cell phones easily.
Education and Experience:
A medical background (CNA or comparable) is ideal but not required.
High school diploma, along with any supporting certifications such as BLS and other necessary competencies
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards in performing the position. The incumbent needs to be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, and demonstrate sound work ethics.
